“Innoprom” week, an important trade-industrial cooperation event, has been traditionally held in Central Asia for three years now. The event was organized for the first time in 2021 in Tashkent, and in two years, it was shown as an effective platform for the development of interregional cooperation and industrial cooperation. In order to expand mutual cooperation, in order to create a new environment for the growth of investment, industrial and trade economic cooperation, beneficial projects will be presented by establishing dialogue between regions and countries. During the past years, more than 600 agreements with a total value of about 7 billion dollars were reached as part of the events and as a result of 500 meetings between entrepreneurs.

More than 10,000 participants, 240 foreign companies and official delegations from 24 countries such as Central Asian countries, Russia, Belarus, and Turkey have registered to participate in the event. Among them, representatives of the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (Minpromtorg Rosii), heads of large companies, representatives of small businesses took part. Presentations were held in the “Uzekspomarkaz” with an area of 12 thousand square meters. In this exhibition, the experiences of the introduction of new technologies, coordination and implementation of regional industrial policy, and state support for the promotion of industrial development within the framework of the business program were presented. sessions are planned to discuss issues of international cooperation in the field of exchange, industrial development.

As part of the international exhibition, presentations of the investment and industrial potential of various sectors of Uzbekistan, educational sessions and other events covering the main issues of industrial production and cooperation with Central Asian countries, as well as B2B, B2G exchange of contacts were organized.

On April 25 of this year, professors and teachers, doctoral students, master’s and bachelor’s students of the Tashkent State University of Economics participated in the exhibition, where innovative industrial developments and products of major manufacturers, as well as a number of national, regional and corporate stands were displayed. In particular, “RDW Computers”, “GISP” (state information system of industry, which serves to increase the transparency and efficiency of interaction between authorities and industrial entities), “ASKON” (engineering software , designed for design, production and business), “Pnevmash” (the leading organization in the market of processing and mining equipment in Russia and abroad), “Avtopribor” (specializing in the extrusion of car parts), “Motordetal Kostroma” (piston a large manufacturing enterprise), “3D LAM” (uses for industrial 3D printing with titanium and other metals based on SLM technology), “F+ tech” company (server and network equipment includes a number of servers, data storage systems and switches producer), they got an idea of the work of leading Russian enterprises such as “Istok Audio” (the world’s leading company in the development, production and sale of modern technical means of rehabilitation of disabled persons).

Belarusian holding “Avtokomponenty” (a company that manufactures aggregates and components of automobile, agricultural and road machinery), “BELAZ-Holding” (the world’s largest company that produces trucks and transport equipment for the mining and construction industry) , “StankoGomel” OJSC (an enterprise that has mastered the production of a wide range of modern vertical and horizontal processing centers of BYVER, SGV, BYHOR and SGH types) and exchanged ideas and experience.

They got acquainted with the activities of such large companies as the Association of Electrical Engineering Industry Enterprises of Our Country, the Association for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Network, the Association “Ozsanoatqurilishmateriallari”, and “Uzavtosanoat” JSC.

During the meeting, opinions were exchanged on the further development of industrial cooperation and economic cooperation, the directions of mutual relations were defined, concrete proposals and initiatives were made for the further development of cooperation. At the end of the event, it was agreed to sign innovative-corporate cooperation agreements on the creation of cooperation mechanisms in the field of urban environment, production, digitization and automation, introduction of innovative financial products for the implementation of joint projects, as well as deepening of economic partnership between the countries of the region.
